If you have details of large scale security breaches, I'd like to hear it. I'm not talking about individual account theft or game cheating, but things that can break the entire system. Because those are two different animals.

no idea about large scale, but there are people with 100% banned consoles playing right now on banned accounts. Microsoft knows of it, and every update blocks the new exploits, but even they know they can't stop everyone, and obviously they don't really care.
