i think it will fail because it will be technically inferior to ps4/x720.
wii had the motion controls which substantially differentiated it to an extent where graphics didnt matter. Going by rumors so far project cafe doesnt have anything like that. i think the screen on the controller will add to costs but not add much to the gaming experience.
btw i wonder what nintendo must be thinking after reading that article.....
