Uncharted 2: Among Theives - 10hours 58 minutes, however I beat it on Hard, and I did spend a bit of time looking for treasures (Got 40% of them), and I was on the phone for 30 minutes while playing.

So lets just say 10 hours for a playthrough on Hard (which really isn't that hard).
