I agree with that....the 360 was released over 5 years ago...releasing a console that´s more than just 'slight more powerful' 6 or 7 years later shouldn´t be that expensive.
Both PS3 and 360 are old tech now...by next year Nintendo can launch a system that´s far more powerful and keep the price below $400.
