you cant expect the same quality game with considerably lower hardware specifications and that will impact sales to a certain extent.
wii2 will have the lead for a year or two (in terms of hardware power) but that time wont be worth investing in since it will have a low install base. 3rd party developers would rather just make 360/ps3 (100m install base) ports for wii2 until ps4/x720 comes out.
being first to release a next gen console has both advantages and disadvantages.
