Why are TPS's better on the PS3? I find the controls in Gears of War more intuitive then Uncharted, and with the biger trigger buttons, Lost Planet feels a bit better on the 360. Also for some reason on PS3, I always hit the home button when I want to press select. Everyone has their own preferences, the Playstation controller is too small IMO, I like a controller which I can hold in both palms, not just the fingertips. I think the Gamceube controller is the best to hold, but the c-analog stick doesn't feel responsive enough. I like deep, pressure sensitive trigger buttons, and that could be why shooters are more accepted on 360. Also like I said, I really don't like CoD on PS3 because you shoot with the R1, and not the trigger button. It defeats the purpose of a trigger button to me, and throwing a grenade just feels right when you can hear your controller click. |
Well my hands are pretty big but at the same thime skinny. I find the 360 contols a bit akward at times which prevents me from playing my 360 that much. BTW I think Gears controlls are a bit too tacky and sometimes late. But the Gears 3 Beta really improved that part. I think Uncharted is better than Gears in like every single aspect (except survival/ horde). I find the shooting button better on PS3 and same with the grenade button. I think the triggers for 360 are too small and it's not really evenly spaced out. Like you said it's personal chocie though.
