Is Diddy Kong Racing the best selling game without a sequel?

They still own it, but not RARE (former Nintendo 2nd Party made the likes of DK Racing, Goldeneye, DK Country 1-3 and Perfect Dark.  Some of them are now Crytek UK, but most are the new RARE, which are a Microsoft 1st party.
