about the hw itself, only played it for a little bit with my gf and she liked it, she usually gets headaches watching 3d movies but for some reason 3ds was fine for her. Maybe it takes a lil while to kick in or just that it differs from person to person. Solid hw from what I could tell and the 3d slider thing was a smart move

I hope those analog sticks are durable. They look really small (in the pics anyway) and can be broken by my thumbs.

yep, especially in FPS and Fighters, analogs should be sturdy...personally sony products have been pretty good in quality so far for me so fingers crossed for this one as well :)
