Which is why it would be best for mainstream acceptance for someting that pisses developers off (since they still think specs are what the public wants, even the slice they have of gamers), even though the specs mean they have no excuses anymore.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
