I don't really care since Im not White (im Mexican) But honestly there isn't any official white culture or race since most white people here in the US are a mix of other cultures from the Old World that developed a change-with a permanent white skin tone due to climate changes.
If I can recall, America was comprised of people of Welsh, German, Irsh and British decent. Besides, some (not all or most, but some) seemed to have forgotten where they came from; and parents seem to don't enforce it to the new generation at all. But again, this is probably just a fraction.
