it indicates that it sold a lot of consoles
and the wiimote is the first in a console...so the first in the industry

as long as wii supply can't meet demand, the onus is on you to argue why the demand is somehow just magically 1 or 1000 or 1million people beyond the current supply number
if they hit 45 million by 12/31/08, will you still say that it will die off any day then? nobody knows if demand is 200 million or 50 million at this point...but the fact remains that demand outstrips supply
