I don't know. I'd have to agrue the only one actually doing "horrible" is the 360. I mean it did have the largest launch for a console perripheral of all time last holiday and its new Slim model, but now it is selling below the PS3 and on par with the Wii. A console Nintendo hasn't really done much this year to persuade people they want to buy it. Honestly, I think Nintendo is about to leave this gen behind and is getting ready for the next one, now. Also this time last year, the PS3 was still coming off the price cut/Slim effect, plus big games like FF13 and GoW3.
in the end, though, this will mark every console as being on the market for at least 5 years. You can't expect YOY growth every week/month. I don't think either of the big 3 are looking for that, either. They are more happy that they are all selling at a profit and interest in their consoles hasn't dropped to nothing, even in the slowest periods of the year.
