IMO, 360 is doing the worst out of all 3 consoles right now. The Slim effect has completely disintegrated, the once-vaunted Kinect has fallen to ~50k WW and less than Wii Fit Plus, and the upcoming exclusive schedule is very threadbare (except Gears of Wars 3 and the Star Wars Kinect game). Unlike the Wii, the 360 has been getting a lot of great 3rd party games to keep the momentum going (Dead Space 2, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Homefront, Crysis 2). The 360 also has a great entry price of $200 unlike the PS3.
360 really needs a price-cut to keep hardware moving. Kinect is not panning out to be the 2nd lifespan of the 360 that MS had hoped. They threw hundreds of millions in marketing to get a huge initial burst in sales, but they can't afford to keep up that kind of marketing. Even software sales look to be pretty down for 360. People are beginning to lose interest in this generation at this price.
