The hardware specs are somewhat believable, althought I don't know why they'd go for a 3 cores CPU when 4 cores are more standart, and limit themselves with that small amount of ram, but that controller...
I can't see Nintendo launching a controller with a BIGGER screen than the screen the one found in its handheld! (3DS main screen is 3.53").
