Well, a "true gamer" will want to play every game available so the sequence I can think of is:
1. PC- Nearly every game in existence is playable either through emulation or actual PC exclusives and also has some very interesting hacks for Kinect.
2. Launch PS3- As it has b/c for PS2 games (which are difficult for PC emulation)
3. Wii- It's still the best party console around
