You expected.... better? I don't think the 3DS is even capable of outputting in higher than 30FPS in 3D. Somebody can correct me if they want, I guess.

I don't know about TP. Smooth, most of the time.

I just figured if DS can run 60FPS 3DS could.

It can, with 3D off.
