This is one of the dumbest statements I've ever seen on these forums, and that's saying a lot.
You're implying one of two things, and each one is as stupid as the other:
1) Sony invented 1080p gaming and anyone else that tries it is simply copying them or improving on the PS3.
2) Since Nintendo can do something with 4-5 year newer technology that Sony could not that somehow makes them better.
Anyone who has been on this site a while can tell you I'm not the biggest Sony fan but come on, there's no point to that post at all and only makes you look silly.

I think you missed the context of his post.

The second part is the key. He's referring to the longtime insistance that Nintendo would make an HD console by the end of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and now this year.

I'll admit I could have worded it better. But he's right, I was talking about how every year around now we get talk of an 'imminent' release of a Wii HD/Wii 2. Granted it'll eventually be right, but it's just funny to see the same thing happen every year.
The bit about Move was just a little light hearted dig at the inevitable 'ZOMG they copied' that happens all the time on these forums (and as some have already pointed out they're planning on doing when Nintendo goes HD). Move is a Wii copy! Kinect is an EyeToy copy! That button looks like the button from the Coleco Telstar, copy! It's getting to the point whereby we'll have people saying that having something the same colour is a copy in the constant pursuit for revenge 'because he started it'.
