Seriously, the 3DS is going to be a trainwreck and it may very well be the first Nintendo handheld I flat out skip out of apathy and Nintendo not wanting to follow their blue ocean strategy of the DS and Wii.  It's like they're the Beatles and the 3DS is Yoko.

Nice deadly sins list, but LOL at you thinking you know more about a company's strategy than they do. I'm pretty sure no poster here is a business/marketing expert.
