Again, same problem as above. Others are either also on PC or PSN.

Is the situation that bad on 360 in terms of true exclusives, or is it just that people haven't been playing all the games?

I think it's a little bit of both. I've played pretty much all the 360 exclusive and console exclusive titles, I just down own them all. In terms of true exclusives, they have a good amount, but some of them are from the rearly days of the 360 and may not work in a Top 10.

Fair enough. Makes sense, I suppose.
