Oh come on, it was a baby squirell, not some crazy fat kid with a gun. You could barely see the little guy. It wasn't one of those react or die situations. The guy just did the stupidest thing possible.

go find bucket/gloves/gardener/cage while kid gets bitten and dies of rabies = irresponsible

shoot it= more stupid

kick it = more stupid
