That would be awesome and will happen for sure. I just hope they don't rule out the leaderboards for this game like Capcom did for SSFIV 3DS.
I wonder what's the rooster for this game. Maybe we'll get some Golden Sun chars, an Epic Yarn Kirby along with the regular Kirby, and new third party chars, like Phoenix Wright and Layton. Oh man, having those two fighting would be awesome. :p
