That's basically what I was saying most of last year. Kinect didn't have a Wii Sports/Fit-caliber release to keep sales afloat for more than several months.
It'll still do fairly well, but it needs new software, and I don't see much in its upcoming line up that will reinvigorate sales significantly.

IMVHO Kinect in America is even selling better than expected, considering the lack of games, as it still outsells Balance Board. Its paltry library looks like it's enough to at least keep it alive there.
OTOH in EMEAA it's sinking, despite being currently advertised again on TV and regularly discounted from 149€ to 99€ at most stores. And the ads could even make things worse, as they are horrible, they show even more dramatically than seeing it at demo kiosks, how shallow and on-rails some minigames are, they look like bad copies of bad Nintendo ads for bad copies of good Nintendo games. So, despite lacking new games too, but having a better game included, Balance Board is outselling it again here.

Dude balance board has like one game and has been on the market for 3 years, Kinect really should be outselling it.

Kinect is a good idea used ineptly. Balance Board has very few games and only one is excellent, but that one is bundled with it. It's not the usual gaming business model, but it works. Used better Kinect could create its own market too in a longer lasting way, like BB did, but it still lacks something that must not be so obvious, otherwise they'd have already done it.
Edit: although I suspect that trying to copy Ninty could be a big part of the problem. Each time I look at one of their big headed rickety "WannaMii" avatars, I feel embarrassed in place of MS.
