It boils down to envy/jealousy. Nintendo is the definitive game developer. Even most non Nintendo fans admit this. Most game companies can't touch them in quality, at least not these days, so naturally they feel anger towards them. Blizzard, Infinity Ward, Bethesda, and Capcom are close, but even much of their stuff is either seeing decline, or they cannot churn out nearly as many games as Nintendo can.
Of course, some of it is merely a matter of devs being graphic whores and Wii is not a graphic centric machine, so it's not necessarilly anti- Nintendo as much as pro horsepower in some case.
