Well the problem with Pokemon was that the first two generations were the best, although the higher resolution remakes are appreciated.
I unno, I don't see a difference between a new Pokemon and a new Killzone, or Halo. Sports games see a new edition every year, and most of the time the changes to are just a new list of players. This is only the fifth new Pokemon in 15 years, and they change the overall maps and dungeons too, not just the Pokemon. Once every 3 years isn't that bad. It would be a better game if they changed the system, and made some interesting Pokemon, but of well.
In the future I'm prolly not getting a Nintendo or Sony handheld again anyway. It's just soo expensive now, and if I really want to play something on the go I have a cell phone.
