The first two are made with super computers, but the third model from Uncharted 3 is done with his cutscene model that they use in the game.  Like I thought at first it was rendered with super computers when I first saw that model walking in the desert, then I saw that on my PS3 in HD and I noticed aliasing and the lighting had that glow that games have when they use HDR and I was like O.O.
