I don't think the OP was really planning on raising a few million in capital to open up offices, pay employees, buy devkits, etc.

Its not like any of us have the money to do that.   

But How much would a DevKit cost to buy?   The point im trying to make is, if a bunch  just decided to do it. Whats really stoping them?
