well a they sent a ton to NA and others for the xmas holiday, then they diverted everything to japan for their holiday. now the have to honor all those rainchecks they wrote before xmas. I pretty much expected no shipments to retail until february before the holidays where over.
maybe a bit sooner, it depends on how many rainchecks they sold. i never heard a solid number on that but it's probably enough to account for most of january's supply.
