An obvious example, Windows OS OEM.
When you purchase a pre-built computer, it comes with Windows.
But that Windows cannot be transfered not the computer be upgraded or you lose the license.
I can understand it being license to just one computer at a time. So, say you remove the OS and install on another computer. It should be fair play.

B) Download a pirated copy
