Well EA is the other big offender, and Epic for their BS about the Wii and other Nintendo systems. I would put Konami, but they don't seem to be doing that much even on the other systems. Same with THQ, which did complain about the sales of Deadly Creatures, but fessed up that they didn't give it any marketing. Plus their words about the 3DS indicate it's to make up for them screwing up on the Wii, not that they were holding out for a stronger system that Capcom seems to have done.
So it's mainly Capcom, EA, and Epic right now.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
