Very interesting....we all know how hard the PS3 has it at the moment...but the 360 numbers are very worrying for Xbox owners etc.

It means that the 360 has sold on average 15k units a month since it's release in December 2005; the Wii has sold 44k per month on average since its release and the PS3 has sold 35k on average per month since it's release.

It's not worrying to me. On the contrary since we are often hearing how360 is dead in the water in Europe outside UK, it's actually very positive. For example, to sell 1/2 as much as Wii and >1/2 as much as PS3 is pretty good if you do indeed consider 360 an utterly dead system in Europe, as we're often told.

In fact, since this is only PS3's second month after launch, I'd say 360 has a good chance in the future to catch and surpass PS3 monthly sales.

I think what it highlights most is what a small market Germany is for consoles. I've read that the market for videogamers over 14 is nonexistant over there.

I imagine just as most Americans hate Germany, they feel embarrassed, but the 360 sales are pretty good.
