You're comparing full monthly sales of a game with two day sales of another.

A better comparison:

Dead Space (360) - 2 day sales January: 39k
Killzone 3 (PS3) - 2 day sales February: 57k

Now you know witch game outsold other

Dead Space 2 is multiplatform

We will see how killzone 3 sells in its 2nd month.
