The year is looking great for any consoles, not really because of first party titles. Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, UC3, Forza 4 and Gears 3 will be the top selling titles this year. That's why you release Killzone 3, Motorstorm, inFamous 2 and SOCOM 4 early, and save Uncharted 3, Resistance and Ratchet for Christmas!
The thing is 3rd party games will keep most Xbox fans happy, but they are not going to be selling Xboxes, there is still plenty of room for 1st party games as well as 3rd party games
