funny that most people that bash 3d talk about the pop out effect. you guys do realize that the pop out effect is the cheezy bs 3d that only hack 3d things do. the movies that are praised for their 3d, don't do this pop out effect, its the cheezy ones that do and it ruins the movies. movies like spy kids and resident evil afterlife and many others do this amusement park ride 3d pop out effect. that is not what 3d is for. its a cheap ploy

you have the 3DS?
i do, and i RARELY see any pop out at all, there is way more fo a depth than any pop out ever used. the closest something seems is screen level, but stuff falls back into the distanace more. its like the 3ds' top screen is a box and were looking into it.
that is not poping out, its depth.
why are the people that don't have a 3ds the ones that are most vocal about how it is a gimmick and ruins gaming. it was same story with wii and motion. all the "cool" people who don't even own it are bashing it
