i don't get why so many people think of the cheezy pop out effects as what 3d is good for
if you have a 3ds to me the best 3d i have seen so far is in the miiplaza
go in your mii plaza and to go "find mii" and see yourself in the cage. now turn 3d off, turn it on, turn it off, turn it on, ect. how much more awesome is it on. that is good 3d, not some hand or bug flying at you like movies do in all 3d movies. that is cheezy
go and watch a 3d movie not in 3d and you'll se what i mean. take resident evil i just watched, you can tell all the moments and there was a lot that they did specifically to have something fly out the screen at you. its just felt ackward and weird and out of place. it ruined parts of the movie. Now watch say avatar. I have not seen it in 3d and it was perfectly fine watching. no moments did i feel like there was a forced 3d moment.
if you notice what parts would "cool" in 3D when watching or playing in 2d, that is bad 3d imo.
