We can calculate format software units for 2007 from the 75.9m and the format %. It seems like they've included PC software in the 75.9M software figure, but I'm not entirely sure.
Total: 75.9M
PC: 17.68M
Nintendo DS: 14.95M
PlayStation 2: 14.19M
Xbox 360: 9.79M
Wii: 7.89M
PSP: 5.62M
PS3: 4.25M
GBA: 0.83M
If they didn't include PC software in the 75.9M figure it would work out at 99M including PC software and would look like this:
