I played Alluring Dress until I had enough tickets to get that Lance. Laughed out loud when I saw it for the first time. It is not only cool, but very powerful for a low rank weapon. I still use it at HR38 from time to time.
In the absence of evidence to the contrary, always assume you have the upper hand.
