Then, when I need to guard a Little Sister, I just trap rivet the shit out of everything around me. During one corpse harvest, I saw a whopping two splicers get through my rivet farm. I could have taken a nap. |
The rivet gun came in handy for gathers, but I think the hilariously overpowered drill tonics are what broke it for me. If you stack Drill Power 1 & 2 with Drill Specialist and Drill Lurker, you can literally bash your way through the vast majority of the game, even on hard. Then throw on Drill Vampire, and you even heal as you bash.
