You sound like a troll to me.
Capitalism and communism are just labels. These are fictional names, they do not work for any purpose. You can't say that X is capitalism and Y is communism because there are so many factors in how a society develops that just stamping a label saying "This is communism" is ridiculous at best.
There are many good things that can be taken from either system (I say system in an ideological/theorical way), and governments should just do what works in an objective way.
