No. Anecdotal evidence is all you ever hear when it comes to ghosts, and most of those can be explained away fairly easily. No serious investigation has ever taken place which has produced positive results despite many attempts, and I think that is an indication that they most likely do not exist.
I realise that you can't really prove a negative, so I admit that to say they don't exist is an extremely bold claim. But I think the chances of them existing are very remote indeed.
