You do realize a companies line of handheld consoles have outsold every line of home consoles right? So calling it in any way the red headed step child is just........ You could also say would Sony have ever have entered the industry if not from learning from Nintendo/Sega/etc. Oh again about the handhelds. The only way that company you talk about has sold half is if you take them out. Which, makes your whole opening line hogwash. Its only a fun debate for you if you take out things to fit what you want it to be. The debate becomes about what a person doesnt accept as reality and not about facts. Thoose debates have been done over and over and are just petty and pointless. Anyways, both are big companies and have brought games to the masses. Theres something from both companies that any gamer can respect. IN no way is it a shame that two companies control this top ten list. It means there games did the job they are meant to do best. Thats helping people have fun. It also opens doors for those people to look at other styles of games. That is exactly what any industry needs to survive and grow. How is that bad? I myself cant stand 6 of the games on that list, but that does not make them bad for anyone else. Its keeping doors opens and bringing in new people to a hobby I have loved since I was a little kid. In turn. I will get to keep playing the ones I love and have the chance to play new kinds. its a win win. |
So playing a video game on your cell phone or a gameboy = same experience as playing it on a console.
Wow, that is a stretch, but then again I never brought up hand-helds. I would proudly say Nintendo has, currently is, and always will DOMINATE the hand-held video game experience.
Happy now? Okay, so how am I wrong in my initial claim that the PS1 and PS2 sold more than the NES, SNES, N64 and Gamecube combined?
Hint...It won't take as many paragraphs though it may take some numbers checking.
