I think you're crossing into the realm of madness in terms of predictions. I am just saying that I really don't know how this can even come close to predicting taking into account that NEITHER of the consoles have been announced, we don't know their line ups. We don't even know if the next consoles will launch for definite, maybe the global market crashes and one of them or both have to withdraw from the VG console market? You can't base the current sales on the next gen consoles, which will start userbases from scratch. PS2 was a software behemoth whereas Xbox was the meeker one, right now 360 is in terms of attach ratios/SW sales, I don't think anyone could have predicted it.

What the heck is wrong with predicting for next gen software. Your acting as if I am doing something illeagal. Yeah and you said it yourself 360 is the one beating PS3 in software sales right now! No one could have guessed that but I am sure people did. I am just giving my point of view on how PS4 might have a chance of beating the Xbox 720! I may not be right but that doesn't mean what I am doing is madness. And if you think the gloabl market will crash down in just 3-5 years that really proves you need help.
