It cost $140k to make, so that is one hell of a profit margin.

i would rather invest 100mil and make 200mil, then invest 20$ and make 70mil. Sure being cheap is nice as it won't be a big deal if its not successful, but its the total profit thats most important, not the profit margin.  

You can't spend what you don't have and it's a lot easier to borrow $140k than $100 million. Not that many developers can get that kind of money, and they have to give up a lot to get that money.

Would you rather spend $140k of your own money, keep all the profits and have total creative control. Or would you rather borrow $100 million, not own the IP you created and have to fork over most of the profits to the investors?



Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
