This is a survey of 1000 console owners in NA. The actual results are here:

I think it would be silly to extrapolate these numbers beyond NA for the 'total number of users buying DLC', but at least in NA twice as many 360 users buy DLC/DLG than PS3 users. The 360/Wii actual number of purchasers are about the same considering they use a small sample size.
