Odd issue: "lost password" is giving an invalid password?

I am not using hotmail. I am clicking on the e-mail VGCharts is sending me. It says:

Username: I like Bacon

Password: xxxxx xxxxx

I am typing in that password and each time it fails! ;-;

edit: I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN ON THE WII! WTF!?
