I don't think ioi wants to advertise the time numbers are released anymore, there are so many of us refreshing and such we break the internet.
Otherwise excellent ideas.... I like the "archive of documents" thing... we really need a page with links to the old fiscal data for instance.
Also in your 'World map' section it could also tell us which bit of the site members are looking at,... not sure how it would work with tabbed browsing? I suppose it would just count the last VGC page you opened.
