Well Contact is a very strange JRPG so it is a 50/50 situation, depend on personal taste.
Also I own New Super Mario Bros ( I love it, awesome 2D gamedesign 
), Puzzle Quest ( if you love puzzle games then you should try it ) and Phantom Hourglass ( masterpiece ! ).
Also Garcian aren't you excited about some 2008 DS releases ? Like Dragon Quest 4, Final Fantasy Tactics A2, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword, Professor Layton etc....
