How many 5 million+ sellers will the Ps3 and Xbox 360 have by Dec 31st 2012

X360 has 11 already (12 if you count KA). Then add AC2, ACBH, RDR, COD8, COD9, Gears 3, another Halo and Kinect Sports.  That makes 19. That's 21 if you add KA and Forza 3.

Why would you not count Forza Motorsport 3? I know a portion of it's sales (20%) is due to bundling, but since when do we discredit games like GT3 and Forza 3 for being modestly bundled?

change the 20% to at least 50%. This game wound't have been able to survive without bundles!
