What makes you think I meant cut scenes? If I give no specifics about what slows you down in a game, it's a good idea to assume I mean things in general in that game, or at least first ask what I mean before you respond as though I meant something specific I didn't write.
EDIT: Sorry if that came across as too mean. I get annoyed when I give either a qualifier or none in a comment, and some act as though I gave a different one or one at all, especially if it "conveniently" is a qualifier that make their argument look better, regardless of the agument I was actually making. If you didn't mean that, then I was reacting to past discussions more than this one.
