They don't call it the Delaystation for nothing.

That said, the 360 is likely to suffer in some areas due to limitations such as DVD (inferior audio, compressed textures etc.) and worse stream processing than PS3.

Also, have they said that the 360 extra content is download only, or will they release hardcopies too?

 The popular term "Delaystation" is made and used by internet fanboys, not programmers. Many 3rd party dev's shirk on their homework and have a hard time, but most have it figured by now. Sony has developed and distributed a ton of help and dev tools/kits to all corners of the world, so that's a lame excuse to fling around nowadays if you're programming the PS3.
