Dragon age 2 did better then the first.
Dragon Age 1 360 first week in EMEAA: 84,334
Dragon Age 2 360 first week in EMEAA: 100,016
The same applies for the ps3 as you've said, and we don't have numbers for the pc version of the original.
So overall its not doing that poorly considering the sales of the original. What will really make or break it is the American numbers as thats where the first game sold the most by a long way.
